Real Estate Law
Mr. Hammond has a limited real estate practice that focuses on representation of landlords, property management companies and homeowners associations. Mr. Hammond represents landlords in commercial and residential lease issues, general legal advice and eviction matters including the filing of an eviction action in court. Mr. Hammond represents homeowners associations as a general counsel, in the collection of delinquent assessments, general legal matters pertaining to non-profit corporations and enforcing and interpreting the community documents including the covenants, conditions and restrictions. His primary real estate clients include 47 homeowners association, Sterling Real Estate Management (formally, Mark Caro Property Management), Real Property Investments and AZNORTH Realty.
Family Law
Keith A. Hammond, P.C. also takes select Family Law cases. Mr. Hammond will handle legal matters of custody, child support and asset division. All other cases in family law are taken at the discretion of Mr. Hammond.
