HammondMr. Hammond primarily practices in the area of plaintiff's personal injury, handling auto accident injury cases, dog bite cases and criminal defense cases, especially DUI. In recent years, Mr. Hammond has concentrated its practice on auto accident litigation and criminal defense. In June of 2015, Mr. Hammond will have been practicing 27 years, and is an experienced trial attorney having tried to date 41 jury trials and argued cases in front of both the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. The Firm has been located at 223 N. Elden Street (at the base of Cherry Hill) at the east end of downtown Flagstaff since 2003.

Keith A. Hammond was born in Des Moines, Iowa in 1963. He is married with two children. He attended Holy Trinity Catholic School and Dowling High School both in Des Moines. He graduated from high school in May of 1981.

He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in May of 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology. He was initiated as a member of the Lambda Alpha National Anthropology Honor Society in of 1995. Mr. Hammond received his Juris Doctorate in Law from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in May of 1988. Mr. Hammond was admitted to the Arizona Bar in October of 1988 and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in November of 1988. He was admitted to practice in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in June of 1998. He was also admitted to practice in the Hopi Tribal Court in 1996. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Hammond first began his legal career as a staff attorney for Coconino County Legal Aid (now DNA Legal Services) handling family law cases involving domestic violence victims under a grant from the Arizona State Bar. In June of 1990, Mr. Hammond formed the Firm, Keith A. Hammond, P.C. at 150 N. Verde Street in Flagstaff. In June of 2015, Mr. Hammond will have been practicing law for 27 years and he is an experienced trial attorney having tried to date 41 jury trials and argued cases in front of both the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. Mr. Hammond's law practice has been exclusively in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona since he moved to Flagstaff and since 2003, the Firm has been located at 223 N. Elden Street (at the base of Cherry Hill) at the east end of downtown Flagstaff. Mr. Hammond enjoys spending time with his family, swimming in the Flagstaff Masters Program, running, skiing and watching baseball and football. He is also a certified Stroke and Turn Official for USA Swimming.

Meghan RidgelyMeghan grew up in Spokane, Washington but moved to Tempe, Arizona in 1995. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.A. in Art History. She is currently pursuing her Master of Legal Studies at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.  She moved to Flagstaff in the fall of 2013 where she finally feels at home in Arizona. She has completed many marathons, half marathons, triathlons, and is an Arizona Ironman Finisher. When she is not at work you can find her taking photos, gardening, running, riding her bike, swimming, playing in the forest, or planning her next adventure abroad.

Kim Hammond
Administrative Assistant

​​KimKim Hammond is the wife of Keith Hammond. She assists the office staff in keeping the Personal Injury files up to date by collecting medical records and billing statements. Mrs. Hammond graduated from Northern Arizona University, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Jewelry/Metals. She enjoys working with people, and she also works as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at a local Fitness Gym.

John Pizzi 
Investigator

John PizziJohn has been a State licensed Private Investigator since November 1994. Prior to that he served on the Phoenix Police Department, retiring as a supervisor after 21.5 years. He has been in Northern Arizona since 1996. He has completed investigations both criminal and civil in Federal, State and Municipal courts. He has been recognized as an expert in regards to investigative procedures and techniques in Superior Courts in Mohave and Navajo Counties.
